Packages

1 Hour Final Wrap-Up Meeting:

  • We will meet with our couples 4-6 weeks out from the wedding to go over specific wedding details and the couples individual needs on the day of to make sure that their day runs smoothly. 

Contact of all Vendors:

  • We will review all of your contracts and contact all of your vendors 2 weeks prior to your wedding. We will confirm arrival times, services they are provided, and any extra little details to ensure everyone is on the same page on the day of. 

Creation and Distribution of Wedding Timeline: 

  •  We will work with you to construct a comprehensive timeline for the day of your wedding that encompasses your preferences for your day, along with the input of your different vendors to make your day flow as seamlessly as possible. 

  • We will send out the final timeline to all of your vendors one week prior to your wedding day. 

1 Hour Rehearsal Attendance and Coordination: 

  • Whether your officiant is able to attend your rehearsal or not, we will be there to ensure that you and your wedding party feel comfortable in the flow of the ceremony, where to stand, and when to walk on the day of the wedding. 

Wedding Day: (Up to 10 hours of Coverage)

  • 8-10 hours of wedding day coverage provided by Kirsten or Monica 

  • Setting up of guest tables, centerpieces, ceremony décor, welcome table, favors, etc. 

  • Handle any odds and ends during the wedding day (lighting candles, putting out favors, moving signage, etc.)

  • Coordination of vendors and overall setup 

  • Being the point of contact for all vendors, guests, and bridal party 

  • Distribution and assistance with pinning flowers to wedding party 

  • Distribution of any final payments or gratuities to vendors 

  • Ensure signage of Marriage License 

  • Assisting and cueing bridal party during ceremony processional and reception introductions

  • Dismissing tables for dinner 

  • Maintaining day of timeline and cueing couple/bridal party for upcoming events 

  • Guest Coordination and assistance 

  • Assistance with tear down if needed

  • Providing a wedding emergency kit 

*Pricing subject to change based on the extent of setup needed, size of wedding/wedding party, different ceremony and reception location, specific requests from the couples where additional assistance is needed. Additional assistant billed at $25 an hour. 

Day of Coordination

(Up to 15 Hours of Service beginning 4-6 weeks out from wedding: Pricing starts at $800)

Everything from the Day of Coordination Package: 

  • This package includes everything from our day of coordination package (final wrap up meeting, contacting of vendors, construction and distribution of wedding timeline, rehearsal attendance, and 8-10 hours of wedding day coverage. 

Assistance in Creating Ceremony and Reception layout: 

  • We will assist you in constructing a detailed layout for both your ceremony and reception as well as seating arrangements to ensure that you get the look that you are hoping for on the day of your wedding. 

Attendance at Final Venue Walkthrough: 

  • We will attend your final venue walkthrough the month leading up to your wedding to assist with final floor plan layouts and ensure that all of the details that you are expecting are in line with your venue. 

Attendance at one Final Vendor Meeting of your Choice: 

  • We will attend one final vendor meeting of your choice (most often catering, but your call!) to assist you with what questions to ask, go over the important details with them, etc. 

Month of Coordination

(Up to 20 Hours of Service, starting 6-8 weeks out from wedding: Pricing starts at $1100)

Everything from the Day of Coordination and Month of Coordination Packages (Including an assistant day of coordinator): 

  • This package includes everything from our day and month of coordination package (final wrap up meeting, final venue walkthrough, 1 final vendor meeting, contacting of vendors, construction and distribution of wedding timeline, rehearsal attendance, and 8-10 hours of wedding day coverage. 

2 Planning Meetings Prior to Wedding Month:

  • Two in-person planning meetings prior to wedding month to discuss décor, color scheme, vision, etc. Unlimited email and phone contact from time of booking. 

Budget Construction and Payment Tracking: 

  • We will help you plan out your finances and wedding budget to encompass all expenses of the wedding planning process. We will keep track of all vendor payment schedules and remind you when invoices are due. 

Vendor Referrals and Management:

  • Personalized vendor referral list after initial meeting based on preferences and budget. Upon vendor bookings we will review all contracts and be in contact with vendors leading up to the wedding. 

Provide "To Do Lists" to Couple Every 3 months: 

  • We will keep you up to date in the planning process and send you "to do lists" regarding ordering décor, stationary, attire, and staying up to date with different vendor questionnaires etc. 

Partial Planning

(Up to 35 Hours of Service starting at time of Booking: Pricing starts at $1800)

All-Inclusive of Prior Packages (Including an assistant day of coordinator): 

  • This package includes everything from our previous packages (vendor referrals, budget construction and tracking, final wrap up meeting, layout design, final venue walkthrough, 1 final vendor meeting, contacting of vendors, construction and distribution of wedding timeline, rehearsal attendance, and 8-10 hours of wedding day coverage. 

4 Total Planning Meetings Prior to Wedding Month:

  • Four in-person planning meetings prior to wedding month to discuss décor, color scheme, vision, reception details etc. Unlimited email and phone contact from time of booking. 

Provide "To Do Lists" and "Need to Purchase Lists" to Couple Every Month: 

  • We will keep you up to date in the planning process and send you lists regarding ordering décor, stationary, attire, and making sure you are staying up to date with requests from other vendors as well. 

Arranging Accommodations and Transportation as Needed: 

  • We will assist in coordinating accommodations for out of town guests as well with assistance on blocking rooms. We will also assist with coordinating transportation if needed and confirm details as it gets closer to the wedding date. 

Tracking of Guest RSVPS and Assistance with Seating Arrangements:

  • We will make sure you send out your invitations in a timely manner, advise on RSVPs dates, assist in tracking RSVPs as they come in, ensure all needed information is provided by guests (meal preferences, number of guests attending, etc.), and will reach out to those who may be late in responding. We will assist you in assigning seating arrangements,  provide your caterer with a final headcount, and make sure that all arrangements are followed on the day of the wedding. 

Full Service Planning

(Up to 60 Hours of Service starting at time of booking: Pricing starts at $2500)
