We offer a variety of packages to meet the needs, budgets and personalities for all of our couples. We are always happy to create custom packages as well to tailor to your individual needs!

Month of Coordination
-Unlimited email communication
-Coordination Services starting 8 weeks out from wedding
-Planning calls at 8 weeks out, 4 weeks out and final wrap up meeting
-Attendance at final venue walkthrough approximately 30 days prior
-Creation of detailed day of wedding timeline
-Vendor confirmations starting a month out from wedding
-Distribution of final details to all vendors two weeks out from wedding
-Morning of Wedding Rehearsal

-12-13 hours of wedding day service by lead coordinator and day of assistant (setup of personal decor (linens, candles, chargers, place cards, card box, etc.), vendor management, cuing processional, directing guests and wedding party, maintaining day of timeline, point of contact throughout the day, tear down and loading of personal decor

Full Design Add On
-Kick off (1 hour) design call to go over ideas, pinterest board, overall design, color scheme, etc.
-Preliminary design board sent out within two weeks of kick off meeting (design board to include inspiration for florals, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, table settings, centerpieces, sweetheart table, signage, extras)
-2nd Design call (1 hour) to talk through preliminary design board and fine tune vision
-2nd round design board sent out within two weeks of 2nd design call
-Rental Sourcing
-Assistance with creating a floral design board and sourcing of florists
-3rd Design Call to finalize rental ideas and florals, fine tune overall design
-Final Design board sent out within 1 month of final design call, board to be comprehensive of all wedding details (signage, floral inspo, ceremony details, cocktail hour, bar area, overall reception space, sweetheart table, guest tables centerpieces and place settings and any additional details
