Package Pricing starts at $1200


Initial Planning Meeting: 

  • We will meet with our couples approximately 6 weeks out from the wedding to go over specific wedding details and the couples individual needs on the day of to make sure that their day runs smoothly.

Final Venue Walkthrough Month Prior to Wedding: 

  • We will attend your final venue walkthrough approximately 30 days out from your wedding to plan out the logistics of your floor plan, decor details, ceremony site logistics, etc. 

Contact of all Vendors:

  • We will review all of your contracts and contact all vendors the month of your wedding. We will confirm arrival times, services they are providing, and any extra little details to ensure everyone is on the same page on the day of. 

Creation and Distribution of Wedding Timeline: 

  • We will work with you to construct a comprehensive timeline for the day of your wedding that encompasses your preferences for your day, along with the input of your different vendors to make your day flow as seamlessly as possible. 

  • We will send out the final timeline to all of your vendors one week prior to your wedding day.

Virtual Wrap Up Meeting: 

  • We will go over all the final details 1-2 weeks out from your wedding, confirm all final details, confirm decor setup details adjust any last minute changes etc. 

1 Hour Rehearsal Attendance and Coordination: 

  • Whether your officiant is able to attend your rehearsal or not, we will be there to ensure that you and your wedding party feel comfortable in the flow of the ceremony, where to stand, and when to walk on the day of the wedding. 

Wedding Day: (Up to 10 hours of Coverage)

  • 8-10 hours of wedding day coverage provided by Kirsten or Monica through the last formal event of the evening *Extra hours can be added on 

  • Setting up of guest tables, centerpieces, ceremony décor, welcome table, favors, etc. 

  • Handle any odds and ends during the wedding day (lighting candles, putting out favors, moving signage, etc.)

  • Coordination of vendors and overall setup 

  • Being the point of contact for all vendors, guests, and bridal party 

  • Distribution and assistance with pinning flowers to wedding party 

  • Distribution of any final payments or gratuities to vendors 

  • Ensure signage of Marriage License 

  • Assisting and cueing bridal party during ceremony processional and reception introductions

  • Dismissing tables for dinner 

  • Maintaining day of timeline and cueing couple/bridal party for upcoming events 

  • Guest Coordination and assistance 

  • Providing a wedding emergency kit 

*This package does not include tear down of your decor, extra hours can be added on to your down if tear down assistance is needed. 

*This package includes one day of coordinator, additional assistance can/may be added on depending on extent of setup, ceremony/reception location, etc.
