When should we book with you for our planning and coordination services?
The short answer...as soon as possible! That being said, if you are looking to book full or partial wedding planning services, it is in your best interest to hire us early on in the planning process, before you have booked your venue or right after! We can help you tremendously early on (and throughout your entire process) with budgeting and vendor recommendations, however you can reach out to us at any point in your planning process and we will help and adjust our packages to best fit your needs! For month of coordination, again as early as possible to ensure we are available your date, but couples reach out to us for month of coordination sometimes the month of their wedding!

My venue has an on-site coordinator, do I still need an outside planner or coordinator?
Let me first start by saying, we love venue coordinators and your venue having one is definite a bonus! While there are some venue coordinators that are much more hands on during your wedding day, the majority are on-site looking after the venue (cleanliness, set up of table and chairs, ensure rules are being followed, directing parking, etc.) When you bring on us as your planner or coordinator, we are there for YOU. We are there to manage your vendors, setup your decor, direct your processional, handles odds and ends during the reception and so much more! Again, we love our venue coordinator friends and they are super helpful to us in major times of need, but their overall job is to look after the venue while we are there to serve you. If ever in doubt, always ask your venue coordinator to give you a list of what their duties are on the day of your wedding!

Do you support LGBTQ+ weddings?
We sure do! We believe in celebrating all couples regardless of gender, sexuality and race! All our welcome and celebrated here!

Our venue is local to you, but what if we aren't local, can you still work with us?
Of course! We are currently working with couples from all across the country! Most all of our planning can be done virtually which makes it super easy for you! For any of our out-of-town couples, we try to squeeze as much as possible when you are in the area, that way we can get all of the big planning meetings taken care of at once! Otherwise, if schedules don't allow you to be in the area prior to the wedding day, we are happy to do final walkthroughs, design meetings, etc. via facetime or zoom!
